1. Services

OnlyDeb provides freelance performance marketing services, led by Google Ads:

• Google Ads account management, audits, and optimization
• Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and related campaign work
• Conversion tracking and measurement setup
• Supporting paid channels such as Meta and Microsoft Ads where they fit the goal
• Strategy, reporting, and consultation

2. Engagement and Pricing

The standard terms for a management engagement are:

• Management fee of 15 to 20 percent of monthly ad spend
• Minimum fee of $1,200 per month
• $0 setup fee
• Three-month minimum initial term
• 30-day notice to end the engagement after the minimum term

Exact scope, fee, and start date are confirmed in writing before any work begins. You pay advertising costs directly to the ad platforms; those costs are separate from my fee.

3. What You Provide

• Accurate information about your business and goals
• Access to the advertising and analytics accounts I need to do the work
• Timely answers and approvals so campaigns keep moving
• An advertising budget adequate for the goals we agree on
• Compliance with the advertising platforms' own policies

4. Payment

• Management fees are billed monthly, in advance
• Invoices are due within the window stated on the invoice
• You pay all ad spend directly to the platforms
• Fees for work already delivered are non-refundable

5. Results and Expectations

I bring 8+ years of experience and a track record I am glad to discuss, but no one can honestly guarantee advertising outcomes. I do not promise a specific:

• Return on ad spend, conversion rate, or cost per acquisition
• Lead or sales volume
• Platform approval for any ad or account

Results depend on your product, pricing, website, market, competition, budget, and the platforms' own algorithm and policy changes. The case studies and numbers shown on this site describe past work for specific clients and are not a prediction of your results.

6. Free Tools and Interactive Content

This site offers free calculators, planners, a training simulator, a glossary, and a gamified layer with points and achievements. These are provided for education and engagement only:

• Calculator and planner outputs are illustrative estimates based on the numbers you enter, not financial advice or a forecast of your account
• The training simulator uses fictional numbers to teach principles, not to predict real spend
• Game progress, points, and achievements have no monetary value and exist only for fun and engagement
• Always validate decisions against your own data before spending real money

7. Intellectual Property

• You keep ownership of your advertising accounts and data
• I keep ownership of my methods, templates, and processes
• You allow me to reference the engagement and results as a case study, anonymized on request
• Website content, design, and tools remain the property of OnlyDeb and may not be copied or redistributed without permission

8. Confidentiality

Both sides keep each other's non-public business information, strategies, and performance data confidential, and use it only for the engagement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid me in the three months before the claim. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, platform policy actions, or third-party service failures.

10. Termination

Either side may end the engagement with 30-day written notice after the minimum term. Either side may end it sooner for non-payment, a breach of these terms, or a violation of platform or legal rules. On termination you keep full access to your accounts and data, and any fees already earned remain due.

11. Website Use

• Site content is for information only and may change without notice
• Do not copy or redistribute content without permission
• Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience, and I am not responsible for their content
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or misuse the site

12. Dispute Resolution

Let us try to resolve any disagreement directly and in good faith first. If that does not work, we will use mediation, and then binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where OnlyDeb operates, as a final step.

13. Changes and Severability

I may update these terms as the site and services evolve; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
